STEP 1/11
Slice the cabbage thinly.
STEP 2/11
Wash shredded cabbage two or three times in cold water, drop 5 drops of vinegar in water, and soak for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, rinse it with water once or twice more and drain it with a strainer.

Chop 1/2 green onion.
STEP 4/11
Prepare ginger by grinding it on a grater.
STEP 5/11
Make braised sauce.
6 spoons of soy sauce
3 spoons of cooking wine
Make sauce with 3 spoons of sugar.

Grease the pan slightly and stir-fry the pork forelimbs.
STEP 7/11
When the pork turns brown, add water (2/3 paper cups).
STEP 8/11
Add the prepared sauce (2/3) and ground ginger (1 spoon) and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes.

Put 2 spoons of oil in another pan, shredded onion and 4 bok choy and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 10/11
When you're slightly out of breath, add the remaining sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 11/11
Put sliced cabbage and pork with chopped green onions and stir-fried vegetables.
It's a very simple but good pork dish to eat as a side dish of rice.
It's good because it's sweet and salty and rich in vegetables that children will like.

I eat shredded cabbage in Japanese style, but personally, it tasted better to eat other vegetables cooked slightly in the sauce than raw cabbage.
