Honey Butter Sweet Potato Chip | Sweet Potato Matang Sweet Potat
Make sweet potato chips with honey and butter. It's so easy and delicious that I keep trying to eat it. Honey would be much better, but if you don't have honey, you can replace it with oligosaccharide. I strongly recommend it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I sliced a sweet potato. Cut with a knife or use a chopping knife. To remove starch, soak it in water for a while and use it. To speed up, rinse several times. It's foggy.

It is dangerous if there is water when frying, so remove the remaining water with a kitchen towel.

When the oil is heated, fry it.
It depends on the thickness, but it cooks quickly.
When cooked, scoop it out on oil paper.

Try dipping ketchup or cream cheese as soon as it's fried..It's very delicious as it is.

Melt the butter, then add the fried sweet potatoes and mix.

Add two tablespoons of honey. If you don't like sweets, add a little and adjust it. Cook sweet potatoes over low heat because they are all cooked. (Replaceable with oligosaccharide)

Lastly, sprinkle parsley powder. It looks delicious even if you sprinkle black sesame seeds. (Optional)
