400ml of milk in a pot,

Mix evenly with whisk for 10 minutes until thickened,

Put it in a container and store it in the refrigerator for 3 hours,

Cut it into bite-size pieces and coat it with frying powder evenly,

After dipping it into the batter for the second time,

If you roll it evenly and fry it, "Fried milk" is done!
