STEP 1/10
We need to prepare the ingredients first, right?
I made it using two types of Bibigo thick meat dumplings and gyoza dumplings, but I don't think any dumplings will matter~~
The taste changes depending on the type of dumpling
It's a delicacy~~
STEP 2/10
I need to defrost the frozen dumplings, so put them in a bowl, add a few spoons of water, cover them with plastic wrap, poke them with a fork, and make a small hole.
STEP 3/10
I defrosted it in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
STEP 4/10
Put the defrosted dumplings in a bowl and cut them into small pieces with scissors
STEP 5/10
Add 1 egg and beat to blend well with the dumplings. The dumplings are seasoned
You don't need to season it separately.
STEP 6/10
Add 1T of flour and mix. When I tried it first, the dough didn't clump well and broke easily when I only put in eggs.
STEP 7/10
When the dough is ready, add oil to the pan and scoop out a spoon each and bake it in the pan
STEP 8/10
Keep the heat medium and cook it until it's golden brown. It's simple but delicious^^
STEP 9/10
I don't know how many sheets I ate before setting up the table, saying that it's not a meatball or fried dumpling
Dumpling jeon goes really well with ketchup~
Um... If kimchi dumplings are in it, I think cho soy sauce or wasabi soy sauce would go well with it
STEP 10/10
I have a bag of frozen dumplings at home, so on days when I suddenly crave jeon, I can make it quickly and simply!!
a unique frozen dumpling dish
It is perfect as a side dish for simple sake and cold spring onion.
