STEP 1/8
Defrost frozen barley pasta noodles in water for about 30 minutes. When defrosting, put the vacuum wrapper in cold water without opening it.
STEP 2/8
Chop the onion into small pieces.
STEP 3/8
Grease a pan with butter and olive oil, stir-fry ground garlic, and when the garlic is somewhat colored, add shrimp and peperoncino to pick it up. When the shrimp is cooked properly, take out the shrimp separately and stir-fry the onions in the pan.
STEP 4/8
Add milk, whipped cream and spaghetti sauce, stir to blend well with each other, then add salt, pepper and paprika powder.
STEP 5/8
Pour water into a deep pan, and when the water boils, add defrosted barley pasta and boil it over medium heat for the desired texture.
Aldente [A bit hard] = 3-4 minutes
Normal [cooked texture] = 5 minutes
STEP 6/8
When barley pasta is cooked, rinse in cold water.
STEP 7/8
Add fried shrimp and barley pasta noodles to the sauce and stir-fry them for about 2 minutes so that the sauce can soak well.
STEP 8/8
Finish the pasta dish by plating it beautifully.
If you match the cooking time of barley pasta noodles, which are different from regular pasta noodles with strong gluten ingredients, you can save time and taste the best texture. And health is a bonus.
