Prepare a pack of Pulmuone Soft Tofu and Saengnato each.

Yuja jam (Yuja Cheong), 1 tsp

On my cheek
Citron jam (oil oil), 1 tsp + olive oil (extra vergin),
Add 1 teaspoon + 3 teaspoon of water and mix~
(For sale, you can use citron syrup!)

I put Lucola on a plate and put soft tofu on it.
Put the mixed yuja sauce on the tofu heart path.
STEP 5/11
I'll put in the sauce
A pinch of pepperoncino
STEP 7/11
Put me on top of soft tofu. With a pinch of sprouts.
It's okay if you don't put up the sprouts.

Sprinkle the prepared citron sauce on top of Natto.

The color doesn't show up as well as the real thing because there's no lighting.
But it's still good. It's just what I think!! ^____^

I can make a busy morning time quickly.
You can use citron syrup sold at the supermarket for the citron sauce.
My friend gave me citron and I made it at home.
