Chop the potatoes into half a centimeter thick pieces

Pour enough water to cover the potatoes, add 2 tablespoons of salt, and marinate for 10 minutes

Season it with salt.
It's a salted potato, so taste one first and season it with salt.

Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

Add 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and mix. Turn off the heat
If you shred potatoes, soak them in salt water, and stir-fry them, they won't break.
