STEP 1/9
I should prepare the ingredients first, right?
Peel an onion and cut it. I cut a candle.
Usually, I don't put bean sprouts when I cook Osam Bulgogi, but there was a dying bean sprout in the refrigerator, so I saved it.
STEP 2/9
I cut the squid into pieces that are easy to eat~~
If you blanch it a little, it's good because there's not much water coming out of the squid.
STEP 3/9
I prepared 5 rolls of pork belly, but cut it roughly into bite-sized pieces with scissors and put it in a bowl.
STEP 4/9
Add all the seasoning above and mix.
(Red pepper paste, red pepper powder, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, plum extract, minced garlic)
It's better to make the sauce all at once and mix it with the meat..
Or... it doesn't mix well!
STEP 5/9
Mix the seasoned meat with squid, then add sesame oil and mix it again and let it ripen for at least 10 minutes to make the sauce cut well.
STEP 6/9
Turn on the heat and stir-fry it on medium heat
When the meat is cooked, add onions!!
STEP 7/9
Put in a lot of bean sprouts, too!!
It smells good^^
STEP 8/9
Spicy pork belly bulgogi is done.
STEP 9/9
The crunchy taste of bean sprouts makes the pork belly moist and the squid chewy^^
If you're thinking about dinner menu, wrap a lettuce wrap with Osam Bulgogi and feel happy
