Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
[Meat Pancake] Cover thinly sliced beef with flour or pancake flour.
STEP 2/9
Place eggs in bowl, add salt and pepper and mix well.
STEP 3/9
Grease a heated pan, soak the flour-coated meat in the egg and brown both sides.
STEP 4/9
Remove the seeds from the jujube, roll it up, slice it thinly, and decorate it nicely on top of the grilled meat.

Make soy sauce with vinegar and eat it together.
STEP 6/9
[Chain] Cut the fish fillet into 6cm long and 1cm wide bars, wipe off the water, and marinate it for 10 minutes with fish sauce.

Squeeze the tofu, mix it with minced beef, add the meat seasoning, and marinate for 10 minutes.
STEP 8/9
Place the fish on a skewer, coat it with flour or pancake flour evenly, press the seasoned beef evenly between the fish, and stick it all over one side.

Grease a heated pan, beat both sides to golden brown, and place nicely with crushed pine nuts and chopped green onions.
