  • Oyster sauce
    1ts
  • Sesame oil
    1ts
  • Water
    300~400ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Boil the eggs and peel them
One exploded while boiling, so I opened it and ate it with my mouth
STEP 2/7
Prepare a large Vienna sausage and make a slight cut
STEP 3/7
Cut 2 cheongyang peppers into 3 pieces
STEP 4/7
Add all the seasoning and mix them together
STEP 5/7
Add boiled eggs, sliced cheongyang peppers, and bay leaves, pour soy sauce on top, and boil over high heat
You have to roll the boiled egg in between so that the soy sauce can go in evenly
STEP 6/7
Cook for 10 minutes, then add the large Vienna sausage with the cut and boil for another 5 minutes
STEP 7/7
Lastly, turn off the gas and mix it well with sesame oil It's less salty to have soup than to boil it down so that there's no soy sauce at all, but if you cut the egg in half and soak it in the remaining soup, it'll taste better if you mix it with rice
You can boil it down for 2 to 3 minutes on the end of a small bean or sausage
