Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Soak seaweed and dried pollack in water.
Make sure to wash the soaked seaweed and squeeze the water.

Cut the dried pollack into bite-size pieces.
Please pick the thorns that you might have.

Add the squeezed seaweed to a tablespoon of perilla oil and stir-fry until the color changes, and stir-fry the dried pollack as well.
Do not let the fire burn over medium heat.

Add water and 3 pieces of coin broth to the well-fried seaweed and dried pollack.
