A simple but cool and delicious recipe for dried pollack seaweed
I made dried pollack seaweed soup, which is easy for beginners to cook.

  • Seaweed
    30g
  • dried pollack
    20g
  • eggs in full bloom
    3piece
  • perilla oil
    1TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • Salt

  • Korean style soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Soak seaweed and dried pollack in water.
Make sure to wash the soaked seaweed and squeeze the water.
STEP 2/5
Cut the dried pollack into bite-size pieces.
Please pick the thorns that you might have.
STEP 3/5
Add the squeezed seaweed to a tablespoon of perilla oil and stir-fry until the color changes, and stir-fry the dried pollack as well.
Do not let the fire burn over medium heat.

Add water and 3 pieces of coin broth to the well-fried seaweed and dried pollack.
It's okay to put the broth or rice water in the pack again.
STEP 5/5
2/1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, salt for the insufficient liver and simmer for about 20 minutes.
