STEP 1/16
I prepared two kinds of potatoes, onions, and cheese.
I don't need onions, but I'm going to add a little because it's as good as potatoes and cheese.
STEP 2/16
Peel the potatoes
The child knew the taste and picked it out and used only a small amount of onions.
I'm trying to hide it from time to time
STEP 3/16
I sliced it thinly.
STEP 4/16
I'll soak the potatoes in water to drain the starch.
You can just do it, but then it becomes a little sticky.
You have to soak it in water to improve the texture of the potato.
STEP 5/16
Put potatoes and onions in a bowl
I put in a spoon of flour.
It doesn't matter what flour it is.
It doesn't matter if it's strong flour, gravity flour, or soft flour. It's all good.
STEP 6/16
Add a bit of salt
STEP 7/16
The moisture and flour in potatoes and onions mix well.
STEP 8/16
Grease, spread over pan and cook over medium heat.
STEP 9/16
I put the lid on so that it's cooked evenly.
STEP 10/16
It's well cooked.
Cook the bottom part, too.
STEP 11/16
Put the potato pancake in a bowl
STEP 12/16
A piece of cheddar cheese
STEP 13/16
It's so warm that it melts quickly.
STEP 14/16
I'll grind peccorino cheese on top of this and put it on the grill.
It's a stinky cheese, and my daughter loves it.
STEP 15/16
Put it on the bottom with a thick layer
I put it on thin again.
The kid kept asking me to upload more, so I stopped
STEP 16/16
It's a potato pancake with a lot of cheese.
What's the point of saying the taste~
It's so good.
After taking a bite, I think it would be amazing if I put a little bit of bacon in here.
Next time, I'll put in a little bit of bacon.
It was a little too much for breakfast, but I ate it all deliciously.
I think it would have been really filling all morning with milk ^^
