Making Air Fryer Dumpling Gangjeong using Frozen Dumplings
I made delicious dumpling gangjeong with Bibigo Wang Gyoja. The sweet and sour sauce is a dish that brings your appetite to life.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Place 8 frozen dumplings in an air fryer and apply 1T of cooking oil evenly.
STEP 2/10
Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
STEP 3/10
While baking the dumplings, make the dumpling sauce. Put 1T of red pepper paste, 1T of sugar, 1T of minced garlic, 1T of olive oil, 1/2T of thick soy sauce, 1T of oligosaccharide, and 2T of ketchup in a bowl.

Mix the seasoning ingredients evenly.
STEP 5/10
After 10 minutes, open the air fryer and turn the dumplings over once.
STEP 6/10
Bake again at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
STEP 7/10
Finely chop 8 almonds with a knife.
STEP 8/10
When the dumplings are done, put them in a bowl and mix them well after adding all the seasonings.

Bake again seasoned dumplings at 180 degrees air fryer for 5 minutes.
STEP 10/10
After 5 minutes, put the dumplings in a bowl and sprinkle the sliced almond powder, and you're done!
