Today, I would like to introduce a dish that I made with the determination to rob the refrigerator. It's just ssamjang doenjang jjigae. I'll make ssamjang doenjang jjigae, which is simple and takes care of my health by adding vegetables.

Cooking Steps

Prepare enough vegetables to eat.
Cut the potatoes into cubes to make them easy to eat and soak them in water for a while. I'm trying to get rid of the starch. That way, the soup doesn't get thick. :) Also, I prepared a cheongyang pepper that will add zucchini and spicy taste.

The stew is in an earthen pot! I prepared an earthen pot because I like to make it.
Add 1 spoon of sesame oil and 80g of sweetened meat and stir-fry it.

When it boils up, add 0.5 spoon of ssamjang and 0.5 spoon of soybean paste. And I added 1 spoon of minced garlic.
Metering varies depending on the amount! If you add a lot of ssamjang or soybean paste, it can be salty, so please add little by little.

When it boils up again, I added an extra spoon of red pepper powder to give it a spicy taste and color.

Boil the ingredients until they are cooked.
After tasting it, add the missing liver to suit your taste.
