Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add half a handful of spinach and 1/4 cup water and grind in a blender.
STEP 2/6
Pour spinach water into 4 eggs.
STEP 3/6
Add 1ts of salt, 0.5ts of sugar, and 0.3ts of baking powder and mix.
STEP 4/6
Continue to stir over medium-low heat, scratching the bottom until half-cooked.
STEP 5/6
Cover with a lid or pot with a convex top. I covered it with a big pot. (Put the lid on and complete 2 minutes beforehand)
STEP 6/6
Sprinkle sesame oil, sesame seeds, and chopped green onion to complete.
Cover and complete 2 minutes before. Turn off the gas when the burning smell is about to blow. If you're worried about burning, turn off the gas stove a little early and take a break. Please refer to the video
