Making super simple delicious salmon tartare! Christmas and year
Salmon tartar made using smoked salmon! It has onions and capers, so it's not greasy and it's perfect as a wine snack^^

Ingredients
  • Smoked salmon
    8~9piece
  • onion

  • caper
    25~30ea
  • Lemon
    1/6piece
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    4spoon
  • Salt
    2~3little
  • ground pepper
    little
  • a young leaf vegetable

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Chop smoked salmon moderately so that it is not too big.
STEP 2/12
Chop the caper into small pieces.
STEP 3/12
Chop the onion into small pieces.
STEP 4/12
Place minced smoked salmon, onions and capers in a bowl.
STEP 5/12
Squeeze the lemon juice.
STEP 6/12
Add 2 pinch of herb salt and 2 pinch of pepper.
STEP 7/12
Add 2 tbsp extra bergine olive oil and mix well. Season and season with more herb salt if it is bland.
STEP 8/12
Press into a round plate.
STEP 9/12
Please lay a little leaf on the plate.
STEP 10/12
Turn the plate of salmon tartare upside down and set it aside. (2 pieces)
STEP 11/12
Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of extra bergine olive oil over the salmon tartare one more time.

Put a slice of lemon in the middle and you're done!
