Boiled pork / How to boil lightly with pork neck / Seasoned shri
It's past the kimchi-making season, but I make pork neck meat when I think of it. You can eat it lightly and softly with pork neck, not pork belly, front leg meat, or back leg meat. Of course, it's not tough, but soft, so enjoy it with a simple but savory salted shrimp sauce.

After checking the condition of the meat, cook it over medium low heat for another 30 minutes.

Cut the boiled pork neck into bite-size pieces and put it in.
STEP 8/8
Season the salted shrimp with boiled pork.
Add 1/2 spoons of salted shrimp, 1/2 spoons of red pepper powder, 1 chopped Cheongyang red pepper, and 1 spoon of sesame oil and mix well.
Usually, boiled pork is made after boiling for 40 to 50 minutes, but when boiling meat in areas with a lot of meat, boiling it for a long time is the most gentle way to eat it.
