Shake off the inside of the ripe kimchi, wash it, and chop it.

Strain the kimchi soup through a sieve to filter out the red pepper powder and the residue, and then prepare only the clear soup.

Cut the beef for shabu shabu into bite-size pieces.

Grease the wok with sesame oil and stir-fry ripe kimchi and beef.

4)Pour 3 cups of water and kimchi soup into it and add red pepper powder, dried garlic (minced garlic), and anchovy sauce while boiling.

Boil the noodles while the soup boils. Our wheat noodles can be boiled for 5 to 6 minutes, it can be fully cooked or it can be boiled to 80%.

When you boil the noodles, the noodle soup is almost complete, and even if you boil it for about 10 minutes, the soup tastes good. Add the noodles that are boiled and rinsed and boil.

When the kalguksu is finished, chop the green onions and add them.

I put kimchi kalguksu in a noodle bowl and put sliced ginseng on my husband's as garnish.

If you sprinkle seaweed powder and sesame seeds, the world's best kimchi noodle soup was completed, and both the child and husband were completely gone.
The tip for making delicious kalguksu is to boil the kalguksu noodles separately, put them in the finished soup, and boil them for another minute to eat neat kalguksu.
