Minus Calorie Pickle Recipe

  • Vinegar

  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Wash the ingredients. Remove the outer leaves of cabbage and cut them into pieces and soak them in water.
STEP 2/8
And cut the rest of the vegetables
STEP 3/8
If you turn the glass bottle upside down and boil it, it will be sterilized. It can be omitted, but I made it for a clean taste.

Add water (3 cups) and bring to a boil.
If you add vinegar first, the whole house can smell like vinegar.

Add the rest of the sauce and bring it to a boil
STEP 6/8
Put the hardest cabbage underneath. Put the cucumber and onion on top.

Pour in the boiled sauce. It's enough if you fill in about 3/4 of it's enough

Divide the remaining pepper and bay leaf and put it in thoroughly!
I didn't add sugar, but if you're not familiar with the sour taste, add at least half of the water If you add honey/oligosaccharide, boil it at the end and mix it together (Nutrition/sweetness is destroyed by heat)
