Wash the ingredients. Remove the outer leaves of cabbage and cut them into pieces and soak them in water.

And cut the rest of the vegetables

If you turn the glass bottle upside down and boil it, it will be sterilized. It can be omitted, but I made it for a clean taste.

Add water (3 cups) and bring to a boil.
If you add vinegar first, the whole house can smell like vinegar.

Add the rest of the sauce and bring it to a boil
STEP 6/8
Put the hardest cabbage underneath. Put the cucumber and onion on top.
STEP 7/8
Pour in the boiled sauce. It's enough if you fill in about 3/4 of it's enough

Divide the remaining pepper and bay leaf and put it in thoroughly!
I didn't add sugar, but if you're not familiar with the sour taste, add at least half of the water
If you add honey/oligosaccharide, boil it at the end and mix it together
(Nutrition/sweetness is destroyed by heat)
