Ingredients

    150g
  • Korean style soy sauce
    2/3TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • Sesame oil

  • Sesame
    1/3TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut bracken into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/8
Add minced garlic,
STEP 3/8
Add soy sauce.
STEP 4/8
Mix them together so that the seasoning can permeate evenly.
STEP 5/8
Pour a little bit of cooking oil into a heated pan.
STEP 6/8
Add bracken and stir-fry evenly over medium low heat for 3 minutes. It's already boiled once, so you don't have to stir-fry it for a long time, and if it's bland at this time, add salt to it.
STEP 7/8
Add sesame seeds and sesame oil to the stir-fried bracken.
STEP 8/8
Turn off the gas stove and mix evenly to complete.
If you season it hard from the beginning, it can get salty while stir-frying it, so make sure to season it lightly and add the insufficient seasoning while stir-frying it.
