Ingredients
  • Eggs
    4piece
  • leek
    1ea
  • canola oil
    little
  • Oyster sauce
    1.5T
  • Seasoned salt
    1t
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Slice the green onions and add green onion oil around the cooking oil. The heat is in the middle!
STEP 2/4
The green onion shouldn't burn! Enjoy the sizzling a little and then add the eggs. I broke it in a measuring cup to take a picture.
When I make it by myself, I just break it into the pan right away and do it
Low to medium heat!
STEP 3/4
1.5 spoons of oyster sauce and half a teaspoon of flavored salt before cooking! I think it's not too bland or salty, so please adjust the amount of salt to suit your taste. I do this and when I'm bored, I dip it in ketchup and eat it :)
STEP 4/4
If you stir it until it's soft, it's done! It's an egg and it cooks quickly^^
If you are bored, please reduce the amount of salt or oyster sauce. If you season it strongly, increase the amount of salt :)
