  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps

Add sliced garlic to 200ml of olive oil and set the heat to high heat.

While cooking garlic, season the shrimp with salt and pepper.

Add chopped cheongyang red pepper when it is slowly cooking.

If you have pepperoncino or Vietnamese pepper, I recommend putting it instead of Cheongyang pepper!
