STEP 1/12
I prepared 500g of thin pork belly.
There are less bean sprouts than the amount of meat, but I put in as much as I have at home.
There was green onion salad at home that they wrapped with meat.
I prepared bean sprouts and green onion salad, and I added onions because I thought it would look good on me.
STEP 2/12
If you make the sauce first, it's convenient to cook.
I made it with basic seasonings.
1.5 tablespoons of minced garlic (I like garlic, so I put in a lot). Please add or subtract according to your preference.)
STEP 3/12
2 tablespoons of red pepper paste
STEP 4/12
2 tablespoons of thick soy sauce
STEP 5/12
two tablespoons of cooking wine
STEP 6/12
1 tablespoon of red pepper powder
STEP 7/12
two tablespoons of plum juice
STEP 8/12
Add some pepper
I mixed it well and prepared it.
STEP 9/12
I cut the pork belly into the right size.
You can use the sliced pork belly.
STEP 10/12
Put the washed bean sprouts and scallions on top and add onions
STEP 11/12
Put the sauce on top
Put it on medium heat and stir-fry it well.
STEP 12/12
The meat is thin, so it cooks quickly.
When the meat is cooked well, it's done!
The moderately spicy seasoning makes you crave.
Meat is the answer when you're thinking about what to eat Haha
I recommend easy and convenient bean sprout bulgogi as a side dish for dinner :)
