Royal tteokbokki. Sweet and delicious dinner for my daughter
As my daughter becomes a senior elementary school student, I'm gradually learning the charm of tteokbokki. I heard that it's so delicious when tteokbokki comes out at school, and I think I'm really Korean when I see them asking me to make tteokbokki. They want me to make Tteokbokki for dinner.. You know how mom feels, right I didn't want to just cook dinner with tteokbokki, so I made it with royal tteokbokki. I was preparing ingredients for tteokbokki, and my daughter, who knows how to eat, ordered some glass noodles.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
I bought soft, non-hardened tteokbokki rice cakes. It's so delicious even if you just eat it :)
I also prepared beef bulgogi persimmon.
Even the glass noodles my daughter specifically asked for.
The main ingredients are ready.
STEP 2/13
Cut carrots and onions into appropriate thicknesses.
I wiped the blood off the meat with a kitchen towel,
Soak the glass noodles in hot water for more than 30 minutes.
If you don't have time, boil it in boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes
STEP 3/13
2 tablespoons of thick soy sauce
STEP 4/13
two tablespoons of sugar
STEP 5/13
1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic (or garlic powder)
Pepper dabbing
STEP 6/13
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
STEP 7/13
a tablespoon of cooking wine
And add 2 tablespoons of water.
STEP 8/13
I'll put unscented oil on it and fry it quickly over high heat.
Stir-fry carrots and onions
STEP 9/13
I added rice cake and meat.
The rice cake is soft, so we cooked it quickly over high heat, but I think it would be better to blanch the hard or frozen rice cake slightly and prepare it in a soft state.
STEP 10/13
Put the sauce in
Please stir-fry it
STEP 11/13
Stir-fry it quickly.
STEP 12/13
It's done with a salty and savory smell.
I'm eating..
Oh, my
The kid asked where the glass noodles are (laughs)
I forgot.
STEP 13/13
I won't be flustered and I'll fry the noodles separately.
When stir-frying at once, use glass noodles soaked in hot water for more than 30 minutes,
Put the boiled glass noodles in boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes.
Since I'm frying the glass noodles separately, I added tsuyu 1, sugar 1/2 and sesame oil 1.
The seasoning was a little stronger than usual, so I enjoyed it, but I think it would have been nice if I seasoned it according to the first recipe and added glass noodles.
Adding glass noodles makes my daughter's satisfaction go up! "As expected, it's glass noodles!" They're eating it because it's so good Haha I'll have to make soy sauce tteokbokki for dinner if I buy soft rice cakes ^^ I recommend sweet jjapjjal and luxurious royal tteokbokki.
