Making mushroom gochujang jjigae

Ingredients
  • the front legs of pork
    200g
  • oyster mushroom

  • Potato

  • Young squash

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • perilla oil

  • Sugar

  • Water
    600ml
  • red pepper paste
    2spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    2spoon
  • Korean style soy sauce
    1spoon
  • salted shrimp
    1spoon
  • cooking wine
    1spoon
  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Press down on the pork with a kitchen towel
Remove the blood and add a spoonful of cooking wine and pepper
Sprinkle evenly and mix well.
STEP 2/10
Wash vegetables clean and cut them into bite-sized pieces, and tear oyster mushrooms by hand.
STEP 3/10
Put 3 spoons of perilla oil in a heated pot, add green onions, and stir-fry them over medium-low heat to fully smell green onions.
STEP 4/10
Add the meat and garlic and sprinkle 1 tsp sugar over the meat. Stir-fry the meat over medium heat until it is cooked.

When the meat is cooked, add 2 spoons of red pepper paste and stir-fry enough not to burn over medium low heat.
STEP 6/10
Add 2 spoons of red pepper powder and stir-fry them together.
STEP 7/10
Boil 600ml of water and season with 1 spoonful of soy sauce and 1 spoonful of salted shrimp.
STEP 8/10
Add zucchini and mushrooms and bring to a boil.
STEP 9/10
Lastly, add Cheongyang red pepper and boil it slightly.
