Put the jellyfish in two pieces in a sieve, boil 3L of water, and when bubbles begin to form, turn off the heat, pour evenly over the jellyfish, and rinse immediately in cold water. The reason for using two body parts is to ensure that hot water is delivered evenly.

Make a pickle, soak the jellyfish for 30 minutes, remove the pickle after 30 minutes, and squeeze it slightly.
Place jellyfish in sieve, pour hot water and rinse immediately in cold water. It gives off a firm texture.
