How to cook tuna kimchi stew in an electric rice cooker
This dish is a recipe for tuna kimchi stew made with an electric rice cooker, and I like tuna kimchi stew more than pork kimchi stew. If you cook soup and stew in the kitchen, the food smells amazing. And you have to stand in front of the gas stove and take care not to overflow with food. So I made tuna kimchi stew with an electric rice cooker.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
In a cleanly washed rice cooker, cut a head of kimchi with scissors and put it in. (I don't need a cutting board~It's possible with scissors! :) I'm especially relieved because the rice cooker material is ceramic^^

I also put in the old radish. The rice cooker is not that big, so 2 heads of kimchi seems impossible, but the rice cooker is small, so it is suitable for one or two households
STEP 3/6
Put 1 can of tuna, 1 onion, green onion, and chopped Cheongyang red pepper on top of kimchi.

For the sauce, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 to 2 spoons of organic unrefined sugar, and 1 spoon of red pepper paste were added, and at the end, about 1 cup of water (not overflowing the rice cooker) was poured.

Select soup/jjigae and press the Start button. It takes about an hour

When I opened the electric rice cooker, tuna kimchi stew was done!
