STEP 1/7
Shred the sweet potatoes. After slicing, cut it in layers.
STEP 2/7
Dip it in water to remove starch. It's good to use it about 15 minutes after you soak it. I was in a hurry, so I washed it a few times and used it five minutes later.
The water is blurry.
STEP 3/7
Drain in a colander and dry with a kitchen towel to use or speed up after a few minutes. (If there's water, bubbles can come up when frying, so it's dangerous if you put it in at once.)
STEP 4/7
When the oil temperature goes up, put in a sweet potato stick. It's the right temperature to fry when it rises above.
STEP 5/7
Use a sieve on a pre-loaded sheet of oil.
STEP 6/7
When there is a bit of oil, you can quickly mix it with salt or sugar to your liking, or dip it in the sauce.
STEP 7/7
When it dries quickly and dries, sugar or salt turns around. I recommend you dip it in the sauce. It's delicious even if you just eat it.
I just ate it because it was delicious, but I think the kids would like it with ketchup.
I think it's better because there's no frying powder or sugar in it's better. It's delicious when you eat it right after frying it.
