STEP 1/6
It's mugwort rice, but it's too bad to just put mugwort in, and I added mushrooms because shiitake mushrooms were playing at home. (You can skip mushrooms.)
I put in about one shiitake mushroom. I sliced it thinly and soaked it in water.
STEP 2/6
I soaked the rice in advance.
I added a little less water than the original amount and mushrooms and mugwort. Now the rice cooker will solve everything. :)
If you wait for the food to be delicious, it's over!
(I put a handful of mugwort, but when it was completed later, I thought it wasn't enough. I think you can put in an appropriate amount.)
STEP 3/6
The rice cooker made delicious mugwort rice.
Mix the spatula well.
STEP 4/6
After rubbing it, I felt like there wasn't enough mugwort.
I should've put in more.. That's what I thought! I think it would be good if you put in as much as you want.
The smell of mushrooms and mugwort came up, and the rice felt more delicious, so I wanted to eat it quickly!!
STEP 5/6
With mushrooms in it, it's chewy and has a good texture.
I really like mushrooms, too! :)
I thought I added a lot of mugwort, but it didn't smell as good as I thought
STEP 6/6
I put raw mugwort on top and ate it with kimchi.
It was so delicious. I always feel it, but if I eat it like this, it's not too much and it's like a healthy meal. :)
How about a healthy meal with mugwort?
- I think it would be better if you put in a lot of mugwort! :)
