It's so easy to make Sung Si Kyung oyster butter yaki
My younger brother sent me a recipe for Sung Si-kyung's oyster butter-yaki. It's too easy. Can it be this easy? You did it. The taste is good, too^^

  • Oyster
    1X600g
  • Scallions
    suitably
  • Cooking oil
    little
  • Flour
    little
  • Soy sauce
    1spoon
  • Butter
    2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash fresh oysters in running water and drain them. Wash the chives and cut them.
STEP 2/7
Dip the washed oysters lightly with flour.
STEP 3/7
Grease a heated pan with cooking oil and add a little chives to make chives oil.

If it smells like green onion oil, add oysters and stir-fry them until golden brown.
