Norwegian mackerel saffron roasting and mashed potatoes
I made a simple and plausible meal with Norwegian mackerel. I think it'd be good to put it up for a year-end home party.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grind garlic, paprika powder, salt, olive oil in mortar and make mackerel seasoning
STEP 2/8
Spread the sauce on the flesh of the Norwegian mackerel fillet and wait a moment
STEP 3/8
In the meantime, please prepare the ingredients for the mashed potatoes. First, put all the ingredients except potatoes in a bowl and mix well to make the sauce for the mashed potatoes

Boil the potatoes, too. Cut the potatoes into 2cm by 2cm and boil them in water, then add a pinch of salt
STEP 5/8
While potatoes are cooking, place mackerel on a baking sheet with the mackerel seasoning down, and sprinkle with coarse salt over the skin

Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes
STEP 7/8
When the potatoes are cooked, drain and mash the potatoes with 1T of olive oil. When the potatoes are mashed to a certain extent, leave 1T each of the green onions and seasonings and mix the rest. Lastly, season with salt and pepper
STEP 8/8
Place mashed potatoes on a plate and place mackerel on top. Sprinkle the remaining mackerel seasoning and green onion on top to complete
