How to make pickled peppers simple and easy
I made it because there are a lot of bell peppers, and it's crunchy.

Ingredients
  • pepper
    10ea
  • thick soy sauce
    1.5cup
  • Sugar
    1cup
  • Vinegar
    1cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the bell pepper into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/5
Wash in cold water and drain.
STEP 3/5
Add dark soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil, stirring.
Let the pickles cool.
STEP 4/5
Place the bell pepper in a container and pour in the pickles.
Turn the container upside down to allow the pickles to seep into the bell pepper.
After 3-4 hours, the bell pepper is pickled.
STEP 5/5
Even if you eat it within a few hours of being pickled, it's crunchy and delicious.
