Cut the avocado in half and remove the seeds.

Scoop out the avocado with a spoon.

Slice the avocado into thin slices and prepare it. I'm only going to use a quarter of this.

Slice 1/4 onions into rings and soak in water.

Please make 1 fried egg.

Place 5T of soy sauce, 10T of water, 1.5T of sugar, 2 dried flat ginger, and 1T of cooking wine in a pot.

Boil the sauce until all the sugar is dissolved.

When the sauce is done boiling, turn off the heat and add a handful of katsuobushi.

Boil the katsuobushi for about a minute, then strain the ingredients on the strainer tray and leave only the soup.

Defrost frozen smoked salmon, please.

Place chestnuts in a bowl and place 1/4 avocados and 4 slices of salmon.

Place onions soaked in cold water on top of it and place fried eggs last.

Put a little wasabi in here.

And add 3T of the soy sauce you made.

Salmon avocado over rice that you can eat healthily is complete!
