Remove one cabbage leaf at a time and cut the top about 5 centimeters.

Blanch the trimmed cabbage slightly in hot water.

Parboil the bean sprouts in hot water, chop them into small pieces, and prepare them.

Make sure to squeeze the water out of the tofu for the dumpling filling.

Remove the blood from the pork with a kitchen towel and season it with 1T of cooking wine, pepper, and ginger powder.

Place the prepared ingredients (meat, tofu, bean sprouts, green onions) in a bowl all at once and knead until the seasoning is well blended.

Dumpling filling can be replaced with your favorite ingredients such as beef, onion, and chives. I think it'd be good to make dumplings with spring dong instead of cabbage
