Soft Tofu Diet/ Simple Soft Tofu Soy Sauce (feat. Seasoning)
Today, I'd like to introduce a diet menu. It's good for diet, side dishes, and side dishes. I made soft tofu soy sauce!

  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1/2ea

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First of all, chop Cheongyang red pepper and green onion into small pieces.
STEP 2/4
I will make soft tofu soy sauce to eat with soft tofu. Put the chopped Cheongyang peppers and green onions in a bowl and mix with 1 spoon of soy sauce, 0.3 spoon of red pepper powder, sesame seeds, and 0.5 spoon of sesame oil.
STEP 3/4
Now, put the soft tofu on a plate.
Haha... I didn't put it in a pretty shape. (laughs)..
I made half of soft tofu and ate it with a different dish, so I only used the remaining half of soft tofu.
STEP 4/4
Put the soft tofu soy sauce on top of the soft tofu and it's done.
If you add sprout vegetables to this, it's also good for soft tofu salad. I put a lot of Cheongyang red pepper and green onion, so it was nice to eat it with soft tofu. Soft tofu soy sauce that I keep eating because it's soft. It's a super simple recipe, so it's good to make and eat even in busy mornings. Kids can eat it if you skip the chili powder! Make delicious soft tofu, which is good for dieting, and try it. :)
