STEP 1/8
Chonggak Kimchi, which I ate deliciously last year, is now delicious and transformed into a filial side dish
STEP 2/8
I cut the old bachelor kimchi into bite-size pieces, washed the old seasoning clean and soaked it in water.
STEP 3/8
Put the seasoning back into the cleanly washed radish and mix well.
STEP 4/8
In a heated frying pan, add seasoned bachelor kimchi, add 3T of perilla oil, and stir-fry it.
STEP 5/8
Add enough rice water to soak the young radish kimchi, add anchovies for broth, and boil.
STEP 6/8
Add 1/2T of sugar to remove sourness and add flavor.
STEP 7/8
If the soup is cooked enough, poke it with chopsticks and it's all cooked if it goes in smoothly.
STEP 8/8
Put it in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds. It's done
You have to boil it for too long to make the crunchy taste come alive.
