Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Chop 1/4 onions into small pieces.
STEP 2/12
Please cut the green onions and prepare them. The sliced green onion was about two handfuls.
STEP 3/12
First, I poured tuna oil into the pan to stir-fry onions and green onions.
STEP 4/12
Add chopped green onions and onions to tuna oil and stir-fry lightly for 1 to 2 minutes.

When the vegetables are all fried, add 500ml of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

When the water starts to boil, add a bowl of rice and mix well.

Add 1T of brewed soy sauce to season.

Add a ton of salt to it.

Add 4T of tuna when the rice grains are melted to a certain extent and the water is a little boiled down.

When the water boils down a little more, beat in an egg and add it. And mix it well.
STEP 11/12
When the desired concentration is reached, turn off the heat and mix with 1/2T of sesame oil and a little bit of pepper.

It's tuna egg porridge with a savory smell and deep taste!
