When both sides of the potato are cooked, boil down the soy sauce, sugar, and mirin in a 1:1:1 ratio. (Don't remove the potatoes separately, just pour the sauce in the frying pan and boil them down.)

When the sauce boils down, the mochi (potato rice cake) is done!!!
* It's delicious if you eat it as it is, but it's more delicious if you cut a piece of butter and put it in. In Hokkaido, people eat it as a side dish, but when they go to a sushi restaurant, they usually eat it as a side dish (*-`)
