Making Spam Candy Candy Gimbap. It's spicy and delicious
There was still spam left as a gift, so I made a small gimbap this time. It's spicy with 6 cheongyang peppers in it, so it's really good taste.

  • instant rice
    2bowl
  • canned ham
    1pack
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    6ea
  • dried seaweed for kimbap
  • Sesame
  • Sesame oil
    2spoon
  • Soy sauce
    2spoon
  • Sugar
    1spoon
  • Water
    2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash 6 cheongyang peppers clean and chop them up.
STEP 2/7
Cut the spam into long pieces and bake it in an ungreased pan.
STEP 3/7
Add sugar 1, soy sauce 2, and water 2 and microwave slightly to melt sugar well.
STEP 4/7
Mix 2 bowls of rice with chopped Cheongyang red pepper, 2 spoons of sesame oil, and sauce.
STEP 5/7
Cut the seaweed for kimbap into 1/4 pieces, spread the rice, and place the grilled spam on top.
STEP 6/7
Roll it up.
Apply sesame oil to make it glossy
Sprinkle sesame seeds, too.
STEP 7/7
Spam dacho mini gimbap with 6 cheongyang peppers is complete.
