STEP 1/7
Rinse the salted kelp three or four times and soak it in cold water for at least 15 minutes.

Shred the vegetables (vegetables, cabbages, etc.) into thin slices.

Finely chop red, yellow paprika, onion, and carrot.

Blanch the kelp slightly in boiling water and rinse it in cold water.

Cut kelp into rectangular shapes so that vegetables can be put in. The longer it is, the easier it is to end.

Put the prepared vegetables in the kelp and roll them.

You can use commercial red pepper paste or chili sauce, and it is made with the above red pepper paste ingredients.
I added a tablespoon of apple vinegar, which is twice as thick. Put 2 tablespoons of regular apple vinegar.
I don't feel pressured even if I eat late at night. It's okay because the kelp hasn't loosened.
