Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
This is the order of making stir-fried anchovies.Stir-fry 40g of remaining anchovies in a dry frying pan for 4 minutes and cool.
STEP 2/5
Place preheated frying pan over medium heat and add cooking oil. Add a piece of Cheongyang chili pepper.When the oil boils, add the oligosaccharide and bring to a boil.Remove from heat and stir-fry and add cooled anchovies and mix.
STEP 3/5
Distribute 20g each of the completed stir-fried anchovies. One bowl is a side dish of rice, and the other bowl is an anchovy rice ball.
STEP 4/5
It's time to make anchovy rice balls. Mix 300g of warm rice with 15ml of sesame oil and 20g of stir-fried anchovies.
STEP 5/5
Put the rice mixed in the rice ball mold into three equal parts of 100g and make a shape.
To prevent the anchovy from sticking to each other, at the final stage, spread it directly onto a frying pan and cool it down on a wide tray or plate as thin as possible. That way, anchovies don't stick together.
