STEP 1/6
Mix the flour, glutinous rice flour, baking powder, yeast, sugar, salt, and salt

Add lukewarm water and cooking oil and mix with a spatula

When it's a lump, cover it with a wrap and ferment it in a warm place for about an hour

Add all the ingredients and mix them to make hotteok-so

Remove the gas lightly from the fermented dough, put cooking oil on both hands to remove the dough into a proper size, and put 1 or 2 tablespoons of hotteok sauce on top and pinch it

Pour enough cooking oil on the frying pan, heat it over medium heat, put hotteok on it, and when it is golden brown, turn it upside down and press it with a presser. and cook it deliciously while controlling the heat
When fermenting the dough, the time is not set
Usually, it takes about an hour from a warm place, but it can take longer when it is cold like these days.
Ferment until dough is doubled
And it's good if you put in a lot of hotteok-so. (Different taste)
