STEP 1/9
Please prepare the ingredients
STEP 2/9
Soak dried daikon in rice water for 30 minutes
Rinse it in water about 3 times, rubbing it together
Squeeze out the water and add chili powder, fish sauce,
Put in the grain syrup and plum syrup so that the sauce gets soaked
After you mix it, season it with salt
Add sesame oil and mix it once, and the seasoned dried radish is done!
STEP 3/9
Blanch fish cake in boiling water to remove any additives or grease
I'll cut it into long pieces so that it can be put in gimbap
Add soy sauce, grain syrup, water, and cooking oil. When the sauce boils, add fish cake
If you boil it down without any moisture, braised fish cake is done!
STEP 4/9
Add a bit of salt to the shredded carrot and stir-fry it
Season the eggs with cooking wine and salt
After frying egg garnish, chop it
STEP 5/9
The rice is sesame oil, sesame salt,
Add salt and mix thoroughly to season
STEP 6/9
If you tear the crami and remove the top of the perilla leaf, the ingredients for the gimbap are ready!
STEP 7/9
Spread the seasoned rice evenly on top of the seaweed
I'll put about 3 perilla leaves on top
Put the seasoned daikon and braised fish cake on top
STEP 8/9
Dried radish and fish cake are seasoned and moist
Wrap it with perilla leaves and add the egg garnish, creamy, and carrot
Roll it up one by one, and you're done with the dried radish gimbap!
STEP 9/9
Put a bit of sesame oil on it and cut it into pieces to eat. Enjoy
It didn't dry hard for a long time, but dried short in a dryer
It's dried radish, so 30 minutes is enough
You have to soak the hard dried radish for at least an hour to make it soft
