Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut the root vegetables after trim pieces.
STEP 2/10
Boil water in a pot, put a steamer on it, and steam root vegetables.
STEP 3/10
In the meantime, slice the onions.
STEP 4/10
Stir-fry onions, minced garlic, and sweetened meat in a pan with soju and soy sauce.
STEP 5/10
When the meat is all stir-fried, add steamed root vegetables, seasoned soy sauce, and cooking wine, and stir-fry.

Add the ginger and grain syrup and rummage.
STEP 7/10
Cover and simmer for a while.
STEP 8/10
Sprinkle with plenty of pepper. Season with salt if it is bland.

When the ingredients taste good and are cooked, turn off the heat and coat with perilla oil.

You can replace seasoned soy sauce with brewed/dark soy sauce, and in that case, reduce the amount.
