Cut the root vegetables after trim pieces.

Boil water in a pot, put a steamer on it, and steam root vegetables.

In the meantime, slice the onions.

Stir-fry onions, minced garlic, and sweetened meat in a pan with soju and soy sauce.

When the meat is all stir-fried, add steamed root vegetables, seasoned soy sauce, and cooking wine, and stir-fry.

Add the ginger and grain syrup and rummage.

You can replace seasoned soy sauce with brewed/dark soy sauce, and in that case, reduce the amount.
