Cut the green onion as big as the column and slice the garlic. Chop the onions into appropriate thicknesses, too.

Mix 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of sugar, a little ginger powder, and a half cup of water paper.

Place pork belly on a heated pan and sprinkle with pepper to grill.

Bake front and back until golden brown and cut into bite-size pieces.

Place kitchen towel on top and drain.

Bake only vegetables in a heated pan without oil.

Add the grilled pork belly and pour in the sauce.

Put rice in a bowl.
