Slice the tomatoes, shred the onions and soak them in cold water, and cut the lettuce into 2cm wide pieces.
I recommend John Cook Delimitte "Brochen" for bread. It's crispy and savory when baked in the oven.
I recommend Norwegian mackerel.
You can add vegetables to your liking. But don't forget the onions and plenty of fresh lemon juice!
