STEP 1/4
I used red paprika.
The paprika is small, so I used all of them.
Wash paprika clean with water and remove the top. And remove all the seeds inside and cut them into a blender to make it easy to grind.
I cut the banana into 3 pieces.
STEP 2/4
After adding a little bit of paprika and water, I changed it with a blender.
I forgot to put in the banana, so I put it back in and changed it.
You can just grind it with paprika, but I wanted it to be a little sweet, so I added a banana at home.

Paprika juice, a super simple recipe, is complete.
If I drink a cup in the morning, I feel like I'm waking up refreshingly and I feel energetic. :)
It's called dieting, but I don't eat it if it's not good! Enjoy your diet, too! That's why I enjoy it, but paprika juice is also sweet when you put bananas in paprika and it tastes a little like paprika, so it tastes good. Most of all, it's easy to eat.
