Heat the pan well over medium heat until hot. Pour the eggs in three places, one ladle at a time.. Before it's cooked, use a fritter tender

The egg burns quickly, so cook it until it doesn't burn too much, and when the bottom gets hard, turn it over and cook it a little more.

Add the cheddar cheese, cover it, bake it brown in the sandwich maker's grill pan, and the cheese in the middle will melt slightly
