Norwegian Mackerel, Butter, and Lemon Grilled
Julia Child, the main character of the movie Julie and Julia, is amazed at a restaurant in France after eating Sol Mniere (grilled flounder butter). I was curious about the taste, so I made it and it was really good. I made it because I thought it would be nice to make it with mackerel, but this is also delicious! I think the combination of fish, butter, and lemon is very good. ^^

  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Please prepare mackerel with a little pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cover mackerel with flour and bake it in a pan. If the heat is too high, please turn it down to low heat. Turn it over after it's cooked enough.

Place mackerel on a plate first, add lemon juice to pan and simmer a little more with butter.
